Email Package Information Kit for PHUs¶

This documentation package provides all materials needed for Public Health Units (PHUs) interested in participating in the Immunization Notice Automation Pilot, specifically for the ISPA (Immunization of School Pupils Act) notification letters.

It contains:

• Overview of the immunization letter templates and customization options
• Data preparation process (Panorama and PEAR)
• PHU onboarding checklist
• Example introductory email for contacting interested PHUs

Implementation Process — PHU Email Package¶

1. Initial Discussion

   • WDGPH presents overview and example outputs.
   • PHU identifies local IT, program, and data contacts.

2. Data Preparation

   • PHU generates Panorama and PEAR reports following Data Preparation Guide.

3. Customization

   • PHU provides logo, signature, and approved messaging.

4. Testing

   • WDGPH runs test batch and shares output for review.

5. Approval & Go-Live

   • PHU approves final letter layout.
   • Notices deployed via the Email Package.

6. Ongoing Support

   • WDGPH assists with future updates, troubleshooting, or automation integration.
